A Court of Frost and Starlight[]
After the end of the war the High Lady of the court, Feyre Archeron, opened a studio with the help of a Rainbow of Velaris artist, Ressina, to teach painting for free to anyone who wanted to learn.
This boy shows up at the venue on opening day and starts going to the studio regularly. On one occasion he paints his parents inside a doghouse and himself and a dog inside his house since his parents didn't want to give him a dog on Winter Solstice. He then wanted to know what color would be formed if he mixed paint of all colors, so using his powers he formed a balloon of paint and made it levitate. It finally crashed into Ressina's face.
