These individuals are residents of the village where Feyre Archeron and her family lived, where their father is a woodcutter.
Their brother, Tomas Mandray, planned to ask Feyre's older sister, Nesta Archeron, to be his fiance and she was very happy with the news thinking that one day she might marry him, something Feyre didn't like at all. When she was about to go to Prythian with Tamlin she asked her father not to allow Nesta to marry Tomas since he and his brothers knew that their father beat his mother and did nothing to prevent it.
