This bandolier is owned by Tamlin, the High Lord of the Spring Court.

History

Tamlin is a warrior and, as such, is accustomed to carrying various weapons. He wears them in a leather bandolier, typically slung across his chest. On it, several Illyrian blades can be seen, assumed to have been given to him by Rhysand, the High Lord of the Night Court, when they were friends in their youth.

When Feyre Archeron leaves the Spring Court for the Night Court after her brief stint as a spy and destroyer, she steals the bandolier and the Illyrian blades within it.
