These unnamed individuals were three High Fae who were part of the delegation that received Rhysand, Feyre Archeron and Amren on their visit to the Summer Court.

When Rhysand and Feyre learned from the Bone Carver that the King of Hybern planned to restore the power to the Cauldron and required both halves of the Book of Breathings, Rhys sent a letter to Tarquin, the High Lord of the Summer Court as the half of the book that was found in Prythian was located there. After he accepted Rhys, Feyre and Amren winnowed there and were received by Tarquin accompanied by his cousins Cresseida and Varian, the Princes of Adriata, and these three advisers who represented the city, the Court, and commerce.
