This throne is located in the Rhysand's Court of Nightmares.
Description[]
The throne is made of ebony and carved with serpents as are the columns of the throne room where it is located. It has two snakes carved into the backrest located one on each shoulder.

A Court of Mist and Fury[]
When Rhysand, the High Lord of the Night Court goes to the Hewn City with Feyre Archeron, Morrigan, Cassian and Azriel to steal the Veritas orb from Keir, the Court Steward and Mor's father, they plan a distraction so that Az can steal the orb.
Rhys sits on his throne and sits Feyre on his lap and they start touching each other to keep everyone's attention on them.
