Rhysand's mother's house is one of the houses located in Windhaven Camp.
History[]
When she judged that her son was old enough to begin his Illyrian training, Rhysand's mother took him to Windhaven Camp, which was led by Devlon. While there they stayed in this house during the years of training with Cassian and Azriel, two boys whom she took in and who became like brothers to Rhysand.[1]
This was Cassian's first home, the first place he had slept indoors.
Over the years, whenever Rhys or any of the members of his Inner Circle visited the camp, they stayed at this house.[2][3]
Description[]
A sooty hearth takes up most of the room and a kitchen table sits under the windows. There is a sitting area in the other half of the room and a narrow staircase leading to the exposed upstairs hallway. Off of the hallway were 2 bedrooms. A a gouged spot at base of the railing is where Cassian cracked his head during a brawl with Rhys. A stain on the red cough is from the brothers' first solo night at 16 where they had spilled ale.
