A Court of Wings and Ruin[]
During the War of Hybern with the Courts of Prythian, the King of Hybern uses a fleeting spell to pierce the protection wards of Velaris and sends two of his Ravens to kidnap Nesta Archeron, Feyre Archeron's older sister, from the Night Court.
To prevent this from happening, Feyre makes a pact with Bryaxis, a creature who lives in the pit in the library of the Night Court, who in exchange for having someone speak to it about life brutally attacks the Ravens but the one who finally kills them is Rhysand, the High Lord of the court.
