This unnamed female is the sister of Polina, a faerie who lived in Velaris.
History[]
Polina was an artist who had a studio in the Rainbow of Velaris. During Hybern's attack on the city she was killed and her studio was seriously affected.
After the end of the War the High Lady of the court, Feyre Archeron, decides to buy it on the advice of Polina's friend, Ressina, But when she shows up at her family's farm in Dunmere where Polina's sister lives with her children, she gives her the property but refuses to take her money and tells her to donate the money to Brush and Chisel instead.
