The Palace of Hoof and Leaf is one of the four main squares in Velaris. Positioned on the northern side of the Sidra River, it's the twin square to the Palace of Bone and Salt, which is positioned on the southern side of the Sidra River.
Like its twin, the Palace of Hoof and Leaf sells meat, produced and prepared food, livestock, confections, and spices.[1]

A Court of Mist and Fury[]
After Tamlin locks Feyre Archeron up in his manor in the Spring Court, Feyre desperately begs for help. Rhysand hears her thoughts through their bond and sends his cousin Morrigan to rescue Feyre from Tamlin's clutches and bring her to the Night Court.
Feyre asks Rhysand if she can accompany him on his errands. He hesitates but in the end he gives her access to see Velaris, also known as the Court of Dreams.
While exploring Velaris, Rhysand and Feyre stop at the Palace of Hoof and Leaf. During their visit, Rhysand tells Feyre how citizens use magic to heat places located outdoors.
