Neve is a Tartera faerie residing in Velaris.
History[]
Neve is a jeweler who has her own jewelry store at the Palace of Thread and Jewels in Velaris. She is the favorite jeweler of the High Lord of the court, Rhysand so her shop is frequented by him and his Inner Circle.
A Court of Frost and Starlight[]
After the end of the war against Hybern Rhysand once stops by this jewelry store to buy a Winter Solstice gift for his second-in-command, Amren, who is a fan of jewelry. Knowing her, Neve had selected several pieces of jewelry that might be to her liking and she is extremely impressed and pleased when Rhys buys them all.
Appearance[]
She is Tartera, a species related to the wraiths. She has a tall, lean frame wrapped in permanent shadows. Only her eyes, like glowing coals, are visible through the shadows. The rest of her body tends to come in and out of view, shadows parting to reveal a dark-skinned hand or foot or shoulder.
