History[]

These individuals are sons of Beron Vanserra, the High Lord of the Autumn Court, and the Lady of the Autumn Court.

At some point in their life their father has Jesminda, a lesser faerie, who is the lover of their younger brother, Lucien, tortured and murdered, as he considers that she is not good enough for someone of his position.

After this Lucien flees his house and decides to leave the court, so Beron encourages the brothers to hunt him down and kill him. His brother Eris refuses to hunt down Lucien and alerts Tamlin, the High Lord of the Spring Court so he can help him. When Lucien arrives at his court, Tamlin kills two of the three brothers that are chasing him.

A Court of Thorns and Roses[]

When Feyre Archeron is taken to Under the Mountain, she sees the three remaining brothers there with their parents.

A Court of Wings and Ruin[]

When Feyre and Lucien are fleeing from the Spring Court towards the Night Court they have to pass through the territories of the Autumn Court, so Beron sends Eris and two of his brothers to hunt them down and bring them before him. After Feyre locks them in a cave and flees, they chase them to the Winter Court, where they are rescued by Cassian and Azriel but not before they see Feyre's powers. She tells them not to kill them but later she and Rhysand erase their memories of what happened, with the exception of Eris.

The remaining three brothers are at the High Lords meeting in the Dawn Court and leave with their family when Beron is enraged that Feyre has some of his powers.

Later, when Tamlin forces their father to join the defending forces of Prythian, they are seen in battle, during which they destroy Hybern's supplies of faebane.
