History[]
A Court of Mist and Fury[]
Ianthe made her first appearance in this book as High Priestess and personal advisor to Tamlin, the High Lord of the Spring Court, and his then-partner Feyre Archeron.
She always wore a hooded blue robe and a blue stone-encrusted silver circlet, plus a set of bracelets on her wrists.
A Court of Wings and Ruin[]
According to Feyre's description of Ianthe when she saw her again after the events that occurred in Hybern at the end of the previous book, she was wearing the same outfit as always, including the circlet, and upon seeing her Feyre wondered if the blue stones that were embedded would have some kind of quality that would allow her to channel her powers since they reminded her of the blue siphons used by Azriel, the spy-master of the Night Court.
After Feyre led Ianthe into a trap and locked her in the Weaver's Cottage, and the Weaver killed and devoured the High Priestess, the Weaver kept the circlet as a prize and wore it in the final battle against Hybern.
