This shop is located at Windhaven Camp and is owned by Emerie.
History[]
At some point in his life the Illyrian warrior Proteus opened this clothing shop in Windhaven camp. When The War with Hybern breaks out he is one of the warriors who participates in it and never returns.
After the end of the war his daughter, Emerie, takes over the shop and declares it her property, which is why the inhabitants of the camp apparently stop buying there.
On one occasion Cassian goes in and buys all the winter clothing that is available. He tells Emerie that a great storm is approaching and asks her to distribute the clothes to those most in need, as a gift from their High Lord, Rhysand.[1]

Nesta first meets Emerie at her shop when looking for warmer leathers to wear during training. Emerie invites Nesta for lunch, and eventually Nesta invites her to train with her at House of Wind with her and Gwyn. Nesta visits several times - seeing Bellius for the first time, gifting her spices as a gift, and lastly to visit her when she is upset with Cassian. it is from Emerie's shop that Nesta, Emerie and Gwyn are kidnapped by the male Illyrian warriors under Briallyn's control to participate in The Blood Rite against their will.[2]
Description[]
The shop has polished fresh pine floors and shop counter. The counter has a partition that lifts to allow the shop owner to pass through. Male and female clothes are in the shop on dummies and folded on tables. There is a door behind the counter that opens into a rear room. the back room is immaculate - like the front. Crates of stock are backed against a wall and 2 windows open onto the garden, mountains visible behind. To the right is a small kitchen with a hearth, counter and work table that also serves as the dining table.
