Annis, also known as Blue Annis, was one of the creatures that Cassian banished to the Prison.
History[]
Similar to Lubia, another creature locked in the Prison, Annis craved female flesh though she took a long time killing her prey. Annis is also known for nearly killing Cassian as he tried to imprison her, leading to Azriel stepping in to aid in her capture.
Cassian was left with a thick, horrific scar above his left pectoral from the encounter as Annis had shredded through his chest and was nearly at his heart when Azriel intervened.
Annis is first mentioned in A Court of Silver Flames during a conversation between Cassian and Nesta Archeron.[1]

Annis is described as having cobalt skin and iron claws.[1]
