History[]
A Court of Mist and Fury[]
When Rhysand, Feyre Archeron and Amren went to the Summer Court under the pretext of meeting with the High Lord, Tarquin, when They were actually looking for half of the Book of Breathings he had in his possession, they were received by the High Lord and a delegation composed of his cousins Cresseida and Varian, the Princes of Adriata and three advisers.
On the very night of his arrival, Tarquin invited him to dine in the pleasure barge to celebrate his visit where, accompanied by around one hundred High Fae from the court, they sailed the shores of Adriata while dining and drinking. At dinner Feyre asked Tarquin about the treasures of his court and he told her about the chamber, where he took her the next day and showed her a wealth of jewels, precious metals, exquisite dresses, and ancient weapons.
According to him, he managed to rescue much of his court treasures on the orders of his cousin Nostrus, the former High Lord, before Amarantha arrived and sacked the city.
