I disagree, all of the Court of Dreams and Lucien and Tam have had pretty terrible hands dealt to them by fate so to speak, and I don't think Rhys and company's history's neccessarily overshadow Lucien and Tamlin, it's really how they choose to navigate and react to the situations that they're in that makes the Court of Dreams better for Feyre and better for the Night Court.
Lucien: Lived a terrible life w/ his dad and brothers and had his gf killed. He owed Tam a debt for giving him a place in the Spring Court and therefore couldn't stand up to him about whta he was doing to Feyre.
Tamlin: Followed his father's wishes and killing Rhys' mother and sister and than holding a grudge on the Night Court after they retaliate and he takes the throne and betters his territory. Had some pretty bad experiances under the mountain so became controlling around Feyre even after she got everyone out and suffered major physiological trauma and obviously needed help.
Rhys: Suffered a lot under his father and Amarantha but still stayed true to those he cared about. He distanced himself from them sometimes in ACOMAF but also gave everything to protect them.
