When Rhys died at the end of wings and ruin, the high lords give him the tiny drop of life or smth but shouldnt he have inherited a power from each of them because Feyre did when she was Made, right?

Rhys states that he didn't after he is brought back: "You lot will be pleased to know ... My power remains my own. No thieving here." He was already High Fae with his own powers, but was resurrected, he was not Made like Feyre so he didn't get any additional powers.
I also think that its mentioned that in acotar the high lords hadn't done something similar before so they accidently gave feyre a little bit more power that was neseccary but in the case of Rhys they were able to control it
My bigger concern is, why Feyre didn't die, if the other should die when one of them dies. Any suggestion? was it explained anywhere?
@Luna-TheForestWitch They had not yet made their bargain. After Rhys dies, Feyre realizes that she never wants to live in a world without him, so they hastily make their bargain.
@Tamirobson oh... okey, I thought it was already set. Thank you for fast reaction :)
Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure the high lords (when they were bringing feyre back) weren’t even aware that their power could transfer to Feyre so it did but in acowar when they brought Rhys back they knew it could transfer over to him so they made sure it stayed with them
What do you think?
