I'm a bit confused about the healing methods Rhysand used under the mountain in order to heal Feyre's arm (which had a bone stuck in it after Feyre's first trial with the Middengard Wyrm). I mean those methods sound rather brutal to me?
He crushes her bones, tears her tendons und completely opens her wound (which causes her to pass out in pain) before fully healing her from the wound and the fever with his magic...
Wouldn't it have been enough if he carefully pulled out the bone and healed her wound? Was there no way to do it more gently? Did he have to crush her bones in order to heal her arm? I don't have any medical experience so I don't know.
Could someone explain why he had to use those methods?
